Cancellation:

I want to cancel my order, Is it possible?

Dear Customer,

Any order that has not reached the customer can be cancelled free of any charges, irrespective of the reason of cancellation. However, it would help us to serve you better, if we could know the reason behind your order cancellation.

Is the reason one of the following?

  • Is it a better offer from someone else?
    • We will try our best to match it!!!
  • Did you find a better product as compared to the one you ordered, which is that product?
    • If we don’t sell it currently, we will get some of those for sale too. You might get a special discount for being the first customer of that product”

Refunds process will be initiated immediately for products that did not leave our warehouse facility.

For products already in transit, the process is initiated on their return.

It will take up to 10 business days for a refund process to complete.

Replacement / Refund:

Can my product be returned / replaced?

The following conditions need to be satisfied to be eligible for return / replacement

  1. A replacement / refund request has to be submitted to us on our e-mail id within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be mailed back within 10 days of receiving the product.
  3. The product should not belong to one or more of the following categories:
    1. Open Box Products
    2. Instruments whose handling or use consists of contact with ear / mouth area like harmonicas, flutes, saxophones, earphones, In-ear monitors etc.
    3. Products with registration required for use
    4. Products with manufacturer seal on the box
    5. Products containing software key / code in them

What are the replacement fees?

Petty pack product being returned –

  • If the product box seal has not been opened and shows no signs of tampering AND
  • Box has all its contents in working condition

Whatsoever is the reason of replacement - Replacement Fees will be 0%

Yes that is right it’s a zero % replacement fee

Product Return after opening box –

  • If product box is opened
  • The product and all its accessories are returned in working condition
  • The product and all its accessories bear no signs of damage / tampering.

Replacement Fee will be 10% of product invoice


I do not wish for replacement, I want refund?

Petty pack product being returned –

  • If the product box seal has not been opened and shows no signs of tampering AND
  • Box has all its contents in working condition

Refund fees will be 2% of product invoice OR shipping charge whichever is less

Product Return after opening box –

  • If product box is opened
  • The product and all its accessories are returned in working condition
  • The product and all its accessories bear no signs of damage / tampering.

Refund fees will be 15% of product invoice


The product i received was different from what i ORDERED; do i need to pay the above fees?

How long does it take for the return / replacement process?

  • The replacement / refund will be initiated after receiving the product and successful verifying its condition.
  • It takes up to 10 business days after that to process you return / replacement.
  • Returns will be credited back only to the account through which payment was received.
