Return & Replacement Policy

 

At Nexlev, we understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience with us as seamless & delightful as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to replace or return them as per the policy.
 
At Nexlev, we make sure that all the products are made with utmost care keeping the customers in mind. But sometimes, we may fail to reach up to the mark, so we provide a 30-day easy return or replacement policy. If you have purchased from nexlev.in, please raise a request with your details, Order ID, and reason for returning the product.
 

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
 
Replacement will be possible if the product is delivered to the customer in defective condition or has physical damage or if the wrong product is delivered.
 
In case of damaged or defective products please report the same to our Customer Service team via email: support@nexlev.in or call us: +91-8928123626 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday). This should be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt of the products.
 
In case of any product defect coming up within the 1 month of invoice date then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however, if the defect is minor then the product will be repaired.
 
If the customer is unhappy with the look of a defect-free product or if any damage (physical or liquid, be it accidental or intentional) is caused by the customer, then the product is ineligible for replacement.
 
Please note that Nexlev will provide replacements based on the products received by us.
 

Returns Policy

In case of a return, all original tags and packaging must be attached to the item. Free items cannot be exchanged. No refund is allowed for a change of mind. The refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within seven business days.
 
In case of Return or Replacement of order after delivery of the Product to the customer, the company will arrange to pick up the product subject to the serviceability at your pin code. We request the customer to assist and cooperate to return the product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies, and packing materials or any other things which were delivered to the customer along with the returned product at the time of pick-up. The customer will be provided with an acknowledgment of pick up by the Logistics Partner. The Customer should retain the said acknowledgment and quote the
same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.
 
Any Return or Replacement within 30 days of delivery without the original packing and invoice will be denied.
 
Nexlev reserves all the rights to deny any returns or replacements if the customer fails to meet the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
